姑息切除联合肝动脉置管埋泵化疗治疗中晚期肝癌

目的 评价姑息切除联合肝动脉置管埋泵在中晚期肝癌治疗中的作用。方法 将2001年1月以来收治的112例（术中证实不能行根治性切除者）中晚期肝癌患者行癌肿大部分切除加肝动脉置管埋泵化疗等综合治疗56例（治疗组）；行肝动脉置管埋泵化疗等综合治疗56例（对照组）。结果 治疗组及对照组的AFP下降率分别为62．2％和31，9％（P〈0．01）；0．5，1，3年的生存率分别为85．7％（48／56），59．6％（28／47），45，2％（14／31）和67．8％（38／56），33．3％（15／45），18，2％（6／33），（P〈0．05）。结论 癌肿姑息切除联合肝动脉置管埋泵化疗有助于提高中晚期肝癌患者的生存时间和生命质量。

Pallialive resection and implanted with a drug delivery system of advanced primary hepatocellular carcinoma

Objective To evaluate the effect of palliative resection and implanted with a drug delivery system of advanced primary hepatocellular carcinoma(PHCC). Methods 112 patients with advanced PHCC were divided randomly into two groups since January 2001: (1) Therapy group (56 cases), dealt with palliative resection of liver cancer and implanted with a drug delivery system(DDS). (2) Control group(56 cases), only implanted with DDS. Results In therapy group and control group, The decline rate of AFP was 62.62% and 31.9% respectively(P<0.01); and the survival rates of 0.5, 1,3 years after operation were 85.7%(48/56), 59.6%(28/47), 45.2%(14/31) and 67.8%(38/56), 33.3%(15/45), 18.2%(6/33)(P<0.05). Conclusions Palliative resection of liver cancer and implanted with a drug delivery system can improve survival duration and life quality of patients with advanced HCC.
