白花蛇舌草黄酮类化学成分研究

摘    要:
 目的研究白花蛇舌草的黄酮成分。方法用硅胶柱色谱和HPLC对黄酮成分进行分离,应用波谱学方法鉴定结构结果从该植物中分离出6个黄酮类化合物,分别鉴定为:quercetin-3-O-[2-O-(6-O-E-sinapoyl)-β-D-glucopyranosyl]-β-D-glu-copyranoside(1);kaempferol-3-O-[2-O-(6-O-E-feruloyl)-β-D-glucopyranosyl]-β-D-galactopyranoside(2);quereetin-3-O-[2-O-(6-O-E-feruloyl)-β-D-glucopvranosyl]-β-D-glucopyranoside(3);quereetin-3-O-seambubioside(4);quercetin(5);kaempferol(6)结论化合物1为新化合物。

Abstract:
OBJECTIVE To investigate the chemical constituents of Hedyotis diffma Willd. METHODS Compounds were isolated bv column chromatography of silica and HPI.C, and the structures were identified by spectral analysis.RESULTS Six compounds were isolated and elucidated as quercetin-3-0-[2-0-(6-O-E-sinapoyl)-β-D-glucopyranosyl]-β-D-glucopyranoside(1);kaempferol-3-O-[ 2-O-( 6-O- E-feruloyl)-β-D-glucopyranosyl ]-β-D-galactopyranoside (2);quercetin-3-O-[2-0-(6-0-E-feruloyl)-β-D-gluoopyranusvl]-β-D-glucopyra-noside(3) ;quercetin-3-O-scambubioside(4);quercetin(5) ;kae,mpferol(6) ;CONCLUSION Compound 1 is reported firstly.
