脑卒中后自然恢复的观察

我们共收集了６４例病后３天内就诊的脑卒中患者。随访中，１４例死亡，对其余５０例用ＢａｒｔｈｅｌＩｎｄｅｘ（Ｂ．Ｉ）进行了就诊时及病后１月、２月、４月、６月、１２月的日常生活活动能力（ＡｃｔｉｖｉｔｙｏｆＤａｉｌｙＬｉｖｉｎｇＡＤＬ）的评定，结果发现：（１）ＡＤＬ各项功能完全独立率为５０％；（２）除上楼、洗澡外，其余各项功能均在病后２月内快速恢复；（３）Ｂ．Ｉ十个项目组成了一个有难易恢复排列的等级表；（４）就诊时的Ｂ．Ｉ分值高低及尿失禁为预示卒中恢复的重要指标。

Observation of the Natural Recovery Following Stroke

patients who admitted to hospital within 3 days after stroke studied. During the follow up,14 patients died, Their Activity of Daily Living (ADL) was evaluated regularly at the first,second, third, sixth and twelfth month after stroke in the remain 50 patients.The results showed: (1) The total independent rate of all ADL was 50%,(2) Except climbing stairs and bathing,the other functions of ADL could recover rapidly in the first 2 months after stroke,(3) The items of the Barthel Index form a hierarchical scale of recovery.(4)The initial Barthel score and incontinence were two important prognostic factors for the functional recovery of the patients with stroke.
