| 摘 要： | 分析14例经手术和病理证实的蝶窦病变，其中粘液囊肿6例，炎症3例，良性肿瘤3例，恶性肿瘤2例。主要临床表现为头痛和眼部症状，其次为鼻部症状，CT和MRI对诊断很有价值，并对各种蝶窦病变的手术径路进行了讨论，提出鼻窦内窥镜手术是治疗蝶窦炎症性病变的优选术式。

| Abstract: | Fourteen cases of sphenoid sinus diseases (including mucoceles 6 cases, inflammation 3 cases, benign tumor 3 cases and malignant tumors 2 cases) were analyzed. Allcases were diagnosed by operation and/or pathology. The results showed that the mainclinical manifestations were headache and ophthalmic symptoms whereas nasal symptoms were secondary. Computerized tomorgraphy (CT) and magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) were helpful in making diagnosis. The various operation approaches of sphenoidsinus diseases were discussed. We suggested that the endoscopic sinus surgery is amethod of first choice for diseases of sphenoid sinusitis. |
