糖尿病视网膜病变VEGF,IFN-γ及NO测定的临床价值

摘    要:目的 观察细胞生长因子与一氧化氮在Ⅱ型糖尿病 (DM )视网膜病变 (DR)发病中的作用。方法 采用酶联免疫吸附法和分光光度法检测 74例DM患者血管内皮生长因子 (VEGF)、γ 干扰素 (IFN γ)和一氧化氮 (ON)的血浆含量 ,同时以 30例健康人作为对照。结果 ①DM无眼底病变组 (NDR)与视网膜病变组 (DR)血浆VEGF ,IFN γ和NO含量均较对照组明显增高 (P <0 .0 5 ;P <0 .0 5 ;P <0 .0 1)。②DR组VEGF含量明显高于NDR组 (P <0 .0 5 )而IFN γ和NO含量明显低于NDR组 (P <0 .0 1;P <0 .0 5 )。③NDR组VEGF与NO含量呈直线正相关 (γ =0 .30 ;P <0 .0 5 ) ,其他各组均无相关性。结论 VEGF与INF γ过度表达在DM视网膜病变中起重要作用 ,NO代谢紊乱是导致DR发生中进展性微血管病变的重要因素。

Abstract:Objective To study the roles of cellular growth factors and nitric oxide (NO) in the development of diabetic retinopathy (DR). Method Serum vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF), interferon-γ (IFN-γ) and NO contents were detected by ELISA and spectrophotometry in 74 diabetic patients of type Ⅱ, as well as 30 normal subjects as control. Result ①Serum VEGF, IFN-γ and NO contents were higher significantly in diabetes with or without DR than that of control group (P<0.05, P<0.05,P<0.01). ②VEGF increased significantly in DR than that without DR (P<0.05), while IFN-γ and NO decreased significantly (P<0.01,P<0.05). ③Levels of VEGF and NO showed linear positive correlation in the group of patients without DR (γ=0.30; P<0.05). There was't correlation in other groups. Conclusion Over-expression of VEGF and IFN-γ and metabolic disturbance of NO play an important role in the development of diabetic retinopathy.
