川渝产黄连提取液颜色与有效成分相关性研究

目的探讨四川、重庆所产黄连的提取液颜色值与其有效成分的相关性。方法依据CIE L^*a^*b^*数字化系统,采用分光测色计测定色度值,HPLC测定有效成分含量。结果黄连的亮度与盐酸小檗碱、黄连碱呈显著负相关,红色方向与盐酸小檗碱、黄连碱呈显著正相关,且其黄色方向与盐酸小檗碱、巴马汀、黄连碱、表小檗碱的含量均呈显著正相关。结论黄连提取液的色度值与有效成分具有相关性,黄连提取液的色度值可以反映黄连的成分含量,为黄连建立简捷、快速质量评价技术方法奠定基础。

Study on the Correlation between the Color and Effective Components of Coptis Extracts from Sichuan and Chongqing

Objective To explore the correlation between the color value of Coptis extracts produced in Sichuan and Chongqing and its active ingredients.Methods According to the CIE L^*a^*b^* digital system,the chromaticity value is measured by a spectrophotometer,while the active ingredient content is measured by HPLC.Results The brightness of Coptis has a significant negative correlation with berberine hydrochloride and berberine.The red direction is significantly positively correlated with berberine hydrochloride and berberine.And its yellow direction is significantly positively correlated with the content of berberine hydrochloride,palmatine,berberine and epiberberine.Conclusion It shows that the chromaticity value of Coptis extract is related to the effective components.The chromaticity value of Coptis extract can reflect the component content of Coptis.Digital analysis of the color of the extract of Coptis lays a foundation for the establishment of a simple and fast quality evaluation technique for Coptis.
