探讨survivin蛋白在宫颈癌组织中化疗前后的表达、细胞凋亡及临床意义

目的:探讨survivin蛋白在宫颈癌组织中化疗前后的表达、细胞凋亡及临床意义。方法:收集无锡市第四医院2005年1月至2007年3月行动脉灌注化疗(A组)静脉化疗(B组)+手术治疗且临床分期为Ⅰb～Ⅱa期宫颈癌40例患者的完整病历资料。检测治疗前后各组survivin蛋白表达率和表达量。结果:(1)宫颈癌的总有效率A、B两组分别为70.00%和55.00%,A组与B组对宫颈癌的总有效率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);(2)A、B两组治疗后宫颈癌组织survivin蛋白的阳性表达率及表达量均明显下降,差异有统计学意义(A组P<0.01,B组P<0.05);A组与B组的survivin阳性表达量下降量差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(3)治疗后宫颈癌组织细胞凋亡指数(AI)增高,差异有统计学意义(A组P<0.01,B组P<0.05);A组与B组的AI增高值有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:A、B两种治疗法均可降低宫颈癌survivin蛋白的表达率和表达量、提高AI,但A组治疗效果明显优于B组。

Evaluate the Expression of Survivin In Cervical Cancer Tissue Before and After Chemotherapy, Cell Apoptosis of Cervical Cancer and Clinical Significance

Objective To evaluate the expression of survivin in cervical cancer tissue before and after chemotherapy,cell apoptosis of cervical cancer and clinical significance.Methods 40 patients with stage Ⅰb-Ⅱa cervical cancer were included in this study.One group were carried out arterial interventional chemotherapy and surgeon.The other group were carried out intravenous chemotherapy and surgeon.Expression of surviving protein and apoptosis index in cervical cancer tissue were tested in both groups before and after therapy.Results the effective rate of arterial interventional chemotherapy was 70%,and the rate of intravenous chemotherapy was 55%.The difference between the two groups showed no significant （P〈0. 05）.Expression of surviving protein and apoptosis index were decreased after arterial interventional chemotherapy （P〈0.01） and intravenous chemotherapy （P〈0.01）.Apoptosis index was in both two groups,with significant difference （P〈0.01）.Pathologic relapse rate was significant different in two groups （P〈0.01）.Conclusion Chemotherapy was effective to cervical cancer,and the effective rate was different between arterial interventional chemotherapy and intravenous chemotherapy.
