莫沙比利和多潘立酮治疗功能性消化不良的对比观察

目的对莫沙比利和多潘立酮治疗功能性消化不良的临床疗效进行比较,评价两药的疗效和安全性。方法 143例功能性消化不良患者随机分成治疗组73例和对照组70例。治疗组口服盐酸莫沙比利片,5mg,/片,l片/次,3次/d,餐前30min服用;对照组口服多潘立酮片,l0mg/片,l片/次,3次/d,餐前30min服用。结果两组在l周内症状缓解比较差异无显著性（P〉0.05）,2周内症状缓解比较差异无显著性（P〉0.05）。两种药物在治疗2周临床症状较1周有进一步改善（P〈0.01）。结论莫沙比利和多潘立酮均能使功能性消化不良患者的临床症状不同程度的消失。2周症状消失率明显高于l周症状消失率。但2周内临床症状消失率两者对比无显著性差异（P〉0.05）。应用莫沙比利或多潘立酮治疗功能性消化不良可采用2周疗法。

The contrast observation of mosapride and domperidone on treating functional dyspepsia

Objective To compare the clinical curative effect between Mosapride and Domperidone and estimate their curative effect and safety.Methods 173 Patients with FD were divided into 2 groups randomly.The treatment group was given Mosapride 5 mg one tablests,three times a days half-hour before the meal;The controlled group was given Domperidone 10 mg one tablests three times a day.half-hour before the meal.Results There was no significant difference between the two groups on symptomatic relief in one week and two weeks.However,there was obvious difference between two weeks＇ treatment and one week＇s treatment for both of their symptomatic relief.Conclusion Mosapride and Domperidone can relieve the symptoms of FD.The two-week-treatment disappearance rates of symptoms are higher than that of one week＇s treatment.There is no significant difference between two weeks＇ treatment and one week＇s treatment for both of their symptomatic relief.So two weeks＇ treatment of FD with Mosapride and Domperidone can be recommended.
