| 摘 要： | 观察84例不同尿白蛋白排泄率(UAE)的2型糖尿病患者血中炎症因子超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)及红细胞沉降率(ESR)与尿单核细胞趋化蛋白1(MCP-1)水平的变化及临床意义.结果 发现2型糖尿病患者hs-CRP、TNF-α、尿MCP-1和ESR水平明显高于对照组,其中前三项指标随着UAE的增加而显著增加.提示糖尿病肾病与炎症反应相关. |

| Abstract: | The different levels and clinical significance of high sensitivity C reactive protein(hs-CRP) , tumor necrosis factor-a ( TNF-α) , erythrocyte sedimentation rate ( ESR) , and urinary monocyte chemoattractant protein-1 (uMCP-1) in 84 type 2 diabetic patients with different urine albumin excretion (UAE) were observed. The results indicated that the levels of hs-CRP,TNF-α,urinary MCP-1 ,and ESR in diabetic patients were significantly higher than those in control group,and the first three indexes increased with the levels of UAE. The results suggest that diabetic nephropathy seems to be correlated with inflammatory reactions. |
