两种杀灭鼠体蚤方法的效果及其评价

为有效控制黄胸鼠体表印鼠蚤的数量,作者于1997年10月13日至11月9日,在龙陵县腊勐乡以沿鼠通道和鼠洞撒灌5/万溴氰菊酯粉剂和用8/万的溴氰菊酯水剂普通滞留喷洒,做了现场设对照区的试验。结果表明:前一种方法的灭鼠率高为95.35％,所用经费为后者的1/5,后者灭蚤率为82.18％。前一种方法比后者经济有效,建议推广应用。

Effect and Evalution of Two Methods by the Insecticide to Fleas on Rats

Up to the present,we haven't found that effective method to control the population density of Xenopsylla cheopis so the numan and rat plague have been a long term prevalence in Yunnan,that we tested two methods by casting 0. 05 per cent Deltamethrin powder along the rat of thorougnfares and caves in frist village and sprayiny 0. 08 per cent Deltamethrin aqueous solution all courtyards in second village, Thrid village was a contrast area in Longling County from october 13 to november 9,1997. The result snowed that the eradication rates of Deltamethrin powder and Deltame thrin aqueous solution were 95. 35% and 82. 18% respectively to fleas on rats. The former was more efficiency ,econmic,simple and easy in practice than the latter. It can be popularized and used in the plague endemic areas of Yunnan province.
