| 摘 要： | 本研究的目的是了解我国儿童智力低下的现患率及其分布特征。采用分层、不等比例、多阶段、随机整群的抽样方法和智力筛查和诊断方法。我国儿童智力低下总现患率为１．２７％，城市为０．７７％，农村为１．４１％，男性高于女性，现患率随年龄增长而增高。

| Abstract: | A cross sectional epidemiological study was conducted to
assess the prevalence and character-istics of distribution of mental
retardation(MR)among children under 14 years of age,The study
adoptedsampling method of stratifiedl and the WHO definition and
diagnostical criteria of MR. The IQ/DQ was eval-uated with
standardized psychological scales. A total of 862 children were found
arnong 85170 subjects,ad-justed prevalence rate was 1.2%,0.7%in city
and 1.41% in countryside, the percentage of mildl moderate,Severe and
profound of MR was 60.6%,22.7%,96%and 7.1%,prevalence in male is
higher than that infemale,It increases with age. |
