| 摘 要： | 目的 :比较X线和内镜在贲门失弛缓症诊断中的价值及二者应用优选问题。方法 :对28例贲门失弛缓症患者作X线和内镜检查 ,对照分析。结果 :X线诊断符合率为92 9 % ,而内镜为64 3% ,x2=4.9,P<0 05。结论 :X线和内镜均适用贲门失弛缓症的诊断 ,X线较内镜符合率更高

| Abstract: | Objective:To compare the diagnostic value of x-ray and endoscopy in achalasia of the cardia and their value of application,so as to choose a good method in clinical practice.Methods:Controlled studies of x-ray and endoscopy findings in28cases with achalasia of the cardia confirmed by operation and pathology were analysed.Results:The coincidence rate of diagnosis was92.9%by x-ray and69.6%by endoscopy,the difference between them was significant(x 2 =4.9,P<0.05).Conclusion:Both x-ray and endoscopy are suitable for the diagnosis of acha-lasia of the cardia,but x-ray is more reliable than endoscopy. |
