针刺治疗偏头痛临床疗效观察

目的:观察针刺治疗偏头痛的临床疗效。方法:选取2010年6月-2012年9月本院收治的偏头痛患者76例作为研究对象,以自愿原则将分为观察组与对照组,每组38例;观察组患者采用针刺治疗,对照组患者采用常规止痛药物治疗,对比两组患者治疗效果。结果:观察组显效34例,有效2例,总有效率为94.73%;对照组显效26例,有效3例,总有效率为76.31%;观察组的治疗效果明显优于对照组(P0.05)。结论:在偏头痛的临床治疗上,针刺治疗有着明显的治疗效果,适合偏头痛患者的治疗,值得在临床上推广使用。

The Clinical Effect of Acupuncture for Migraine

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture for migraine.Method：76 patients with migraine hospitalized in our hospital from June 2010 to September 2012 were selected and divided into the observation group and control group by voluntary principles,each group had 38 cases,the observation group was treated with acupuncture,and the control group was treated with conventional pain medication. The therapeutic effect of two groups were compared.Result：34 cases were markedly effective and 2 cases were effective in the treatment group,the total effective rate was 94.73%. In the control group,26 cases were markedly effective and 3 cases were effective,the total effective rate was 76.31%. The difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Acupuncture for migraine has a significant therapeutic effect,worthy to use in clinical practice.
