肾上腺节细胞神经瘤的多层螺旋CT诊断价值

目的:分析肾上腺节细胞神经瘤的多层螺旋CT(MSCT)影像学表现,以提高诊断的正确率。方法:回顾性分析6例肾上腺节细胞神经瘤的MSCT平扫及增强扫描的影像学资料。结果:6例肾上腺GN均单侧发病,其中5例位于右侧,1例位于左侧,边缘均清楚;CT平扫5例均匀低密度,1例病灶见小囊变区,1例伴有钙化;增强扫描后6例病灶均呈轻度强化,其中3例出现延迟性强化;肿瘤沿周围器官间隙呈嵌入性生长,邻近大血管被包绕穿行于肿物之中或受压移位,呈现特征性表现。结论:肾上腺节细胞神经瘤的MSCT表现具有一定的特征性,对本病诊断有较高的价值。

Multislice CT Diagnostic Value of Adrenal Ganglioneuroma

Objective：To explore multislice CT（MSCT）findings of adrenal ganglioneuromas,to evaluate its clinical value. Method：The CT precontrast and contrast scanning findings of 6 cases of adrenal ganglioneuromas were analyzed retrospectively. Result：In 6 cases,all lesions were solitary and well defined,5 lesions were located in the right and 1 in the left. 5 cases were homogeneous low density,1 had little cystic place;1 cases accompanied with calcification;6 cases slightly enhanced and 3 cases delayed enhanced. Around the tumor along the clearance was embedded into the sexual organs grow,nearby large blood vessels around wrapped up through the mass or compression displacement,had a characteristic appearance. Conclusion：Adrenal ganglioneuroma show some characteristic CT appearance and CT scanning plays an important role in diagnosis of adrenal ganglioneuroma.
