定量的成分肠内营养支持治疗在ICU中的临床研究

目的:进一步研究在ICU中成分肠内营养制剂支持治疗的应用价值。方法:收集2010年1月-2012年6月本院ICU病房内64例通过胃管鼻饲营养进行营养支持的重症危急患者的临床资料,按随机数字表法分为两组,每组32例,对照组患者采用传统制作的肉汤、牛奶等的方式进行营养治疗;治疗组患者通过科学的营养摄入量计算,采用成分肠内营养制剂进行营养支持治疗。结果:治疗后,治疗组的人体测量指标、白蛋白指标明显升高,营养情况改善明显,与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:在ICU治疗中,进行定量的成分肠内营养制剂支持能够有效改善患者的临床症状及营养状况,缩短ICU住院时间,对提高患者的抢救成功率有积极作用。

Clinical Research of Quantitative Component Enteral Nutrition Support Therapy in Intensive Care Unit

Objective：To analyze the benefit of quantitative component enteral nutrition（EN）support therapy in the intensive care unite（ICU）. Method：During January 2010 to June 2012,64 patients who received EN by nasogastric tube were enrolled in the study and randomly divided into two groups according to random number table method,32 patients for each group. The control group were feed on traditional diet,and the treatment group were feed on component nutrients configured individually.Result：After treatment,human body measurement index,albumin index was obviously higher, nutrition condition improved obviously in the treatment group,compared with the control group differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Quantitative component enteral nutrition（EN）support therapy improve the state of nutrition of the critically ill patients.
