| 摘 要： | 目的:建立用水煎煮提取赤芍中芍药苷的方法.方法:以芍药苷为指标成分,用高效液相色谱法进行分析测定,系统考察了不同加水量、提取时间、提取次数对芍药苷提取率的影响,采用正交实验优选提取工艺.结果:提取方法对芍药苷的含量有影响.结论:赤芍加水煎煮3次,每次加水8倍量,每次提取2小时为提取工艺.

| Abstract: | Objective:To establish an extraction of paeoniflorin from Paeonia veitchii Lynch.Methods:The paeoniflorin in Paeonia Veitchii Lynch was taken as a evaluating marker and was determined by HPLC,the effects of different volume of water,time,frequency on extraction efficiency of the paeoniflorin were systematically investigated. And also the orthogonal test was further used to optimize the extracting conditions.Results:The reflux extraction with water eight times as much as the Paeonia Veitchii Lynch for 2h and three times was more effective.Conclusion:The method of extraction have a treat influence upon the extracting efficiency of paeoniflorin. |
