地方性氟砷中毒地区改水10年后骨骼X线的观察

为了解地方性氟骨症改水后骨骼的Ｘ线变化及氟砷联合中毒对骨骼的影响，作在新疆奎屯地区的高氟区、高氟砷区和正常对照区分别选取６０、５８和５８人，全部进行骨盆及右前臂Ｘ线拍片。结果表明，改水后高氟区和高氟砷区居民的氟骨症患病率无显性差异，但均显高于对照区；两地区居民氟骨症轻重程度亦无显性差异，并以轻型硬化型为主，改水１０年后，无论氟中毒还是氟砷联合中毒患氟骨症均有一定程度的减轻，说明防治工作取

Investigation of Bone''''s X-Ray on Endemic Fluorosis and Fluorosis Arsenism Areas After Remaking Water Ten Years

In order to understand the change of X ray and the effects of fluoride arsenide joint action on bone after drinking the hygienic water, authors made the examination of X ray on pelves and right antibrachia at higher fluoride, higher fluoride arsenide and control areas with 60, 58 and 58 persons in Kuitun district, Xinjiang. The results showed that the incidences of skeletal fluorosis were not significant difference between the residents of higher fluoride and higher fluoride arsenede areas, but they were higher distinctly than control area. The degrees of skeletal fluorosis were not also significant difference between two fluorosis areas, and most of them were light duty. After ten years drinking the hygienic water, the symptems and signs of patients of skeletal fluorosis had been decreased obviously. that is showing that the proventive treatment work has obtained great achievements.
