| 摘 要： | 目的 研究中药淡豆豉对去卵巢大鼠骨质疏松症的防治作用。方法 用切除大鼠卵巢方法建立骨质疏松模型。3个月后测定大鼠骨密度及骨代谢相关生化指标。结果 淡豆豉可显著提高卵巢切除大鼠的骨密度及血清钙（Ca）、磷（P）浓度，降低血清总碱性磷酸酶（ALP）的活性，其作用与剂量有关。结论 淡豆豉具有防治骨质疏松的作用。

| Abstract: | Aim To study the preventive and therapeutic effect of Semen Sojae Praeparatum(SSP) on rats osteoporosis induced by ovariotomy.Methods An osteoporosis model was established through ovary resection of female rats,rat bone mineral density(BMD)and biochemical indicator correlated with bone metabolism were measured.Results SSP could signlficantly increase bone mineral density and concentration of serum calcium,phophonium,and markedly deacrease total alkaline phosphatase activity.Its effect depended on SSP dose.Conclusion SSP could effectively prevent osteoporosis by increasing BMP. |
