| 摘 要： | 目的探讨膝关节镜手术的围手术期护理。方法膝关节镜手术60例,其中45例行膝关节腔清理术、5例行半月板修补缝合术、6例行滑膜皱襞切除术、3例行游离体切除术、1例行膝关节骨折内固定取出术。结果本组60例膝关节镜手术病例经正确护理及完善的康复锻炼,术后膝关节功能恢复均达满意效果。结论膝关节镜手术的成功除需要精湛的技术操作外,术前术后的康复护理十分重要。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the peri-operative nursing care of knee arthroscopy.Methods We performed knee arthroscopy in 60 cases,in which 45 cases adopted knee joint cavity clean-up surgery,5 adopted repair of meniscal suture,6 adopted synovial plica excision,3 adopted excision of loose bodies,and 1 adopted knee fracture fixation removal.Results The 60 cases of knee arthroscopy patients obtained satisfactory postoperative knee function recovery results by the correct care and rehabilitation training.Conclusion In addition to highly skilled operations,the preoperative and postoperative nursing care are very important to knee arthroscopy surgery. |
