河南省居民自感健康评分及其社会影响因素调查

目的：了解河南省居民的自感健康水平及其社会人口学影响因素。方法：按WHO设计的健康与卫生系统反应性调查表，利用体温计式刻度尺百分制法，访谈随机抽取的河南省1514名≥18岁居民的自感健康状况。分别比较不同人口学特征人群和不同客观健康状态人群的自感健康评分，并对影响人群自感健康评分的社会学因素行多因素分析。结果：多数居民对自身的健康评价较高，中位评分95分；不同年龄、年人均家庭收入、婚姻、就业状况的人群之间，其自感健康评分差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；不同层次人群之间存在健康不公平现象。结论：河南省居民自感健康评分较高，慢性病、年龄、婚姻状况及人均收入是影响居民自感健康评分的主要因素。

Investigation of self-rated health scores and the social influencing factors in Henan Provincial residents

Aim: To investigation the self-rated health scores and the social influencing factors in Henan Provincial residents. Methods: Cluster, stratified and multistage sampling was taken.A total of 1 514 residents aging more than 18 years were interviewed using the questionnaires designed by WHO. Results: Level of self-rated health scores in most residents was high,and the median level was 95. The scores of self-rated health among residents with different age,average annual income per capita,and marriage status had significant differences.The results of multivariate analysis showed that the scores among residents with different age,average annual income per capita,marriage status,and with or without chronic diseases had significant differences.Residents in different classes had inequality in health. Conclusion:The self-rated health scores in Henan Province are higher. Chronic diseases, age, marriage status,and average annual income per capita are influencing factors on self-rated health.
