创伤性膈疝的诊断与治疗

目的探讨创伤性膈疝的诊断与治疗方法。方法回顾性分析1995～2004年收治的26例创伤性膈疝患者，并对其诊治方法和手术后并发症进行总结评价。结果本组25例治愈出院，因张力性气胸未能及时纠正术中死亡1例。术后发生并发症6例（23．1％），其中胸腔积液3例，肾功能不全1例，继发出血1例，真菌感染1例，经非手术治疗均痊愈。结论早期诊断和及时手术治疗是减少并发症的根本措施。

Dignosis and treatment of traumatic diaphragamatic hernia

Objective To investigate the diagnosis and therapeutic methods for traumatic diaphragmatic hernia. Methods From 1995 to 2004,26 cases with traumatic diaphragmatic hernia were analyzed retrospectively, and it's diagnosis and therapeutic methods and postoperative complications were evaluated summarily. Result 25 cases were cured and cure rate was 96.1% in this group. One case died during operation because of tension pneumothorax was not be corrected. Postoperative complications were happened in 6 cases(23.1%). Among them, the hydrothorax was in 3 cases, renal insufficiency 1 case, secondary hemorrhage 1 case and fungal infection 1 case. All patients with complictions were cured by the conservative treatment. Conclusion Early diagnosis and in time operative treatment are the essential measure to reduce complications.
