| 摘 要： | 目的：比较不同产地当归对凝血系统的影响。方法：对不同产地当归挥发油及含阿魏酸成分进行ADP诱导的血小板聚集实验及凝血酶原时间的测定。结果：当归挥发油及含阿魏酸成分具有抗血小板聚集，延长凝血酶原时间的作用。结论：当归原产地甘肃岷县纸坊乡全当归有效部位在抗血小板聚集及抗凝血方面优于其他产地及部位。

| Abstract: | Objective: To compare the pharmacology effects of Angelica Sinesis Diels. fr om different localities. Methods: ADP induced aggregation of rats' platelet, thr ombine time were determined. Results: Active components of Angelica Sinesis Di els inhibit ADP-induced platelet aggregation and retard plasma coagulation in duced by Ca 2+-cephalin. Conclusion: The results indicated that the effect s of the whole Angelica Sinesis Diels. from Zhifangxiang Min County of Gans u province were better than from other localities. |
