| 摘 要： | 目的探讨FK506对大鼠坐骨神经横断伤修复后肢体功能恢复的影响.方法SD大鼠高位切断坐骨神经后原位缝合,术后实验组FK506灌胃,对照组不给药.分别于第1、2、3、5月检测术肢比目鱼肌重量恢复率、小腿三头肌肌力恢复率、坐骨功能指数、皮层体感诱发电位潜伏期.结果实验组肢体功能恢复时间较对照组提前大约两个月.结论FK506可加速周围神经横断伤修复后肢体功能恢复.

| Abstract: | Objective The purpose of this study was to assess the effect of FK506on functional re-covery following peripheral nerve t ransection.Methods Sprague -Dawley rats were used in thi s study.The sciatic nerve was transected at the l evel of the hip and then sutured using a standard epineurial microsurgica l technique.Group 1(n =25)was FK506oral administration group,and group 2(n =20)as control group.Weight of soleus muscle,contractility of triceps leg muscle,sciatic fu nction index(SFI )and somato -sensory evoked potentials(SSEP),and evaluated functional recovery were measured respectively in 1,2,3,5months.Results Functional recovery in FK506treate d animals was earlier than that in unt reated control animals by about two months.Conclusion FK506may play a role of accelerator i n peripheral nerve repair.[ |
