| 摘 要： | 本文应用 ELISA 法检测127例各类型肺结核患者及214例健康者血清中抗 PPD 的 IgG 抗体水平。同时作 OT 试验及痰抗酸杆菌检查,结果显示肺结核患者血清结核抗体水平明显高于对照组,且与病变范围,肺结核类型及痰抗酸杆菌和OT 试验结果有关。故认为血清结核抗体测定可作为结核病辅助诊断的手段之一。

| Abstract: | ELISA was used to detect serum anti-PPD IgG in 214 healthy subjects and 127 patients vith active pulmonary tuberculosis,and direct smear examin- ation of sputum and OT test were performed in the TB group as well. The result showed that the level of anti-PPD IgG in TB group was significantly higher than in the controls,and the level of anti-PPD IgG was related to the extent and type of the disease,positive sputum,and reaction to the tuberculin test.It was suggested:the serum anti-PPD IgG detection would be a helpful diagnostic method for tuberculosis. |
