低分子肝素预防直肠癌根治术后下肢深静脉血栓形成的研究

 目的　对比观察采用低分子肝素预防直肠癌术后下肢深静脉血栓形成 (DVT)的临床效果。方法　将 1999年 10月～ 2 0 0 2年 12月施行直肠癌根治术的患者随机分为对照组和用药组。对照组 37例未预防性使用低分子肝素抗凝 ,用药组共 33例围手术期给予低分子肝素 ,两组患者均于术后行下肢静脉彩色超声检查。结果　用药组DVT发生率为 9.1% ,对照组DVT发生率为 2 7.0 % ,两组相比差异有显著性意义 (P <0 .0 1)。用药组未发现术中及术后出血增多等现象和不良反应。结论　低分子肝素可显著降低直肠癌根治术后下肢深静脉血栓的发生率 ,且具有良好的安全性。

Low-molecular-weight Heparin for Preventing Deep-vein Thrombosis after Regional Operations for Rectal Carcinoma

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of low-molecular-weight heparin(LMWH) in preventing deep-veint hrpmbosis(DVT) after regional operations for rectal carcinoma.Methods From October 1999 to December 2002,we performed regional operations for rectal carcinoma for 37 controlpatients and for 33 patients who had been given low-molecular-weight heparin for preventing deep-vein thrombosis.All patients received colar ultrasonic diagnosis of the limbs after operation.Results DVT occurred in 9.1% of the LMWH patients and reduction was significant (P< 0.01 ) compared to the control group( 27.0% ).Conclusion Low-molecular-weight heparin can significantly reduce the incidence of deep-vein thrombosis after regional operations for rectal carcinoma.
