| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨同种异体韧带重建喙锁韧带术治疗肩锁关节脱位的术后护理方法.方法:回顾性分析2006年1月～2011年1月48例肩锁关节脱位患者的临床资料,总结术后护理方法及效果.结果:术后随访,本组所有患者肩关节外观及功能恢复满意.根据Karlasson疗效标准进行评分,优良率95.8%.结论:肩关节术后护理对患者的功能恢复具有重要意义.

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore the postoperative nursing methods in the treatment of patients with acromioclavicular joint dislocation by reconstructing coracoclavicular ligament with allogenic ligament.Methods: The clinical data of 48 patients with dislocation of acromioclavicular joint treated from January 2006 to January 2011 were retrospectively analyzed,summarizing the postoperative nursing methods and the effects.Results: The appearance of the affected shoulder and its functional recovery were satisfactory by the postoperative follow-up.The excellent and good rate was 95.8% according to Karlasson criterion of therapeutic effect.Conclusion: The postoperative nursing care is of significance in the functional recovery of patients with reconstruction of coracoclavicular ligament with allogenic ligament. |
