经阴道与腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术临床对比研究

目的：探讨经阴道子宫肌瘤剔除术与腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术的l}缶床疗效对比。方法：选取2007年5月一2010年4月就诊于我院的子宫肌瘤患者126例，。子宫活动度好及阴道较松弛宽松的患者采用阴式子宫肌瘤剔除术，68例；另58例患者采用腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术。观察对比两组患者手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间、费用、术后排气时间。结果：两组患者手术时间及术中出血量、治疗费用均有显著差异，P〈O．05。腹腔镜组中转开腹2例，阴式组无中转开腹，无显著差异，P〉0．05。住院时间及术后排气时间均无显著差异，P〉0．05。结论：两种术式各自有优缺点，需要根据患者自身情况结合医生技能、仪器情况综合考虑为患者选择有效地治疗方法。
