负压封闭引流与护理干预在骨科感染创面患者治疗中的应用

目的:探讨负压封闭引流(VSD)配合护理干预治疗骨科感染创面患者的疗效.方法:按住院号末位数字单双数将46例骨科创面感染患者随机分为观察组25例与对照组21例,对照组患者只采用VSD治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上予以护理干预,3个月后比较两组患者有效率、治愈时间、治愈率、住院时间及住院花费等.结果:观察组有效率为84.0%,明显高于对照组66.7%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者住院(31.05±4.34)d、治愈时间(18.32±1.25)d,明显短于对照组(48.87±5.01)d,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05); 观察组治愈率36.0%,明显高于对照组19.0%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:VSD配合护理干预治疗骨科感染创面的有效率及治愈率明显优于单一VSD治疗,且能缩短治愈时间及住院时间.

Application of VSD and nursing intervention in the treatment of orthopaedic patients with wound infection

Objective: To explore the efficacy of vacuum sealing drainage(VSD) combined with nursing intervention in the treatment of orthopaedic patients with wound infection.Methods: 46 orthopaedic patients with wound infection were randomly divided into an observation group(n=25) and a control group(n=21) according to the odd and even number of the last figure of admission numbers.The patients in the control group were treated only with VSD and the patients in the observation group were additionally given nursing intervention based on VSD.The effective rate,healing time,cure rate,length of hospital stay and hospital expenses were compared between the two groups after 3 months.Results: The effective rate was 84% in the observation group and significantly higher than that(66.7%) in the control group(P<0.05);the length of hospital stay was(31.05±4.34)days and the healing time was(18.32±1.25)days in the observation group and they were significantly shorter than(48.87±5.01)days in the control group(P<0.05);the cure rate was 36% in the observation group and 19% in the control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: The effective and cure rates of VSD combined with nursing intervention are higher than those of single VSD in the treatment of orthopaedic patients with wound infection.In addition,VSD combined with nursing intervention can shorten the healing time and hospitalization days.
