| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨护理干预对胃食管反流病(GERD)患者临床症状及生活质量的影响。方法:对128例GERD患者采取综合护理干预措施,比较护理干预前后患者的临床症状积分及生活质量评分。结果:护理干预后GERD患者的临床症状积分及生活质量评分与护理干预前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论:护理干预可改善GERD患者的临床症状,提高其生活质量,减少医疗资源的浪费。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the impact of nursing intervention on the clinical symptoms and quality of life of patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease(GERD).Methods:The comprehensive nursing intervention was provided for 128 GERD patients.The clinical symptom scores and quality of life scores of the patients were compared before and after nursing intervention.Results:The differences in the clinical symptom scores and quality of life scores of the patients after nursing intervention were statistically significant compared with those before nursing intervention(P<0.01,P<0.05).Conclusion:Nursing intervention can improve the clinical symptoms of GERD patients,improve their quality of life and reduce the waste of medical resources. |
