脊柱肿瘤的诊断和外科治疗新进展

脊柱肿瘤分为原发性和转移性两大类,发病率约占全身骨肿瘤的5%。肿瘤导致早期出现脊髓及神经根损害的并发症,严重影响患者的生存质量。随着对肿瘤生物学行为不断深入的认识、各种影像学检查的不断进步、肿瘤分期及手术原则的不断完善、外科手术技术及各种操作和内固定器械的不断发展,脊柱肿瘤的诊断和治疗在观念、治疗方法等方面均有了很大进步,本文就此方面的进展予以综述。
