| 摘 要： | 目的评价通过疾病预防控制体系三年建设,应用性研究能力的提高情况。方法通过全国系统抽样调查,获取机构是否承担项目及在研项目数等指标,并作地区间横向和年度间纵向比较,用GINI系数反映地区间应用性研究能力的均衡性。结果三年来,疾病预防控制机构的应用性研究能力有了长足的进步。平均每地区承担应用性研究项目数省级增加32·0%,市级增加103·5%,县级增加204·7%,但地区间发展不平衡的现象非常突出,省市县GINI系数均超过0·4的警戒线。 |

| Abstract: | Object Evaluate the improvement of applied research ability through 3-year construction of disease prevention and control system. Method Obtain data by the national system sampling survey,and compare data by different years and areas, use GINI coefficient to reflect if it is equal or not between different areas. Result The applied research ability has improved a lot since the last three years. For applied research project per institution, provincial institution has increased by 32.0%; while 103.5% at city and 204.7% at county. There is disequilibrium among different areas, GINI coefficient exceeds the warning limit of 0.4. |
