恶性淋巴瘤长期生存患儿生存质量调查

目的 测量并评价长期生存淋巴瘤患儿的生存质量.方法 采用EORTC QLQ-C30量表对140例恶性淋巴瘤患者(完全缓解1年78例、完全缓解5年62例)及80例(非肿瘤非血液病的一般患者)作为对照组进行生存质量测量和评价.结果 完全缓解1年的淋巴瘤患儿在角色机能(RF)、社会机能(SF)、经济状况及总健康方面的生存质量均比对照组显著减低 (P＜0.01),完全缓解5年患儿的社会机能、总健康状况方面的生存质量均比对照组减低(P＜0.05).结论 恶性淋巴瘤患者的生存质量低于对照组,但是随着完全缓解期延长,逐渐缩小和健康人之间差别.

Investigation into Quality of Life in Long-term Survival Children with Malignant Lymphomas

Objective To evaluate the quality of life (QL) in long-term survival children with malignant lymphomas. Methods The QL in 140 children with malignant lymphomas, which were completely remitted for 1 year in 78 patients and for 5 years in 62 patients, and 80 subjects without tumors and blood disease who served as control, were investigated by EORTC QLQ C30 scale. Results The QL including role function(RF),social function(SF),economic status, general health status in 78 children with malignant lymphomas which were completely remitted for 1 year was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.01). The QL including SF and general health status in 62 children with malignant lymphomas having complete remission for 5 years was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusions The QL in the children with malignant lymphomas was significantly lower than that in the subjects without tumors and blood disease. The difference in QL between the children with malignant lymphomas and healthful crowd gradually diminishes along with the prolongation of complete remission of the tumors.
