| 摘 要： | 目的：优选印楝叶总黄酮的提取工艺条件，并建立总黄酮的含量测定方法。方法：通过正交试验，考察溶剂浓度、回流时间和回流次数对提取工艺的影响。采用分光光度法，以芦丁为对照品，在波长500nm处测定药材总黄酮含量。结果：最佳提取条件为80％的乙醇，回流提取3次，每次1h。总黄酮在0．020～0．080mg／mL范围内线性关系良好（R=0．9992），平均加样回收率为96．67％，RSD为0．96％。结论：优选出的最佳工艺条件经验证其结果稳定；总黄酮含量测定方法简便、快速、稳定，可用于测定印楝叶中总黄酮的含量。
