高职护生心理健康状况及其与学习成绩关系的研究

目的 探讨江苏省高职护生SCL-90得分状况及其与学习成绩的关系.方法 应用由王挺和杜文东修订的<江苏省大学生SCL-90>量表测量552名五年制高职学生的SCL-90水平.从核心课程中随机选取德育、语文、英语、病理学、健康评估和护理学基础的成绩,分析本组学生SCL-90得分水平与学习成绩之间的相关性.结果 学生SCL-90的得分高于江苏省大学生常模水平.本组学生SCL-90得分水平与成绩间无显著相关性.结论 本组学生的心理健康状况欠佳;学生的SCL-90得分的高低对其学习成绩影响不大.建议学院教育工作者采取积极措施提高学生的心理健康水平,以提高他们的整体素质.

Research in relationship between psychological health status and academic achievements of higher vocational nursing students

Objective To explore the relationship between SCL-90 level and the academic achieve-ments in higher vocational numing students of Jiangsu province.Methods The SCL-90 questionaire for college students in Jiangsu province revised by WANG Ting and DU Wen-dong was applied to test SCL-90 level of 552 higher vocational nursing students.and academic achievements from core curricula such as moral education,Chinese,English,pathology,health assessment and fundamental nursing were randomly selected and underwent analysis for its relationship between SCL-90 levd.Results The students' SCL-90 level were above normal status of Jiangsu province.The degree of SCL-90 score waS not correlated with academic achievements.Conclusions The psychological bealth status of these students was poor.The degree of SCL-90 score has not much influence on academic achievements.Measurements should be taken to improve the students' mental health in order to increase their whole quality.
