| 摘 要： | 目的应用循证护理（EBN），探讨循证护理在肺栓塞护理中的作用。方法通过临床评估确定护理诊断，查阅文献，选择最佳护理证据，制订护理措施，实施整体护理。结果通过治疗和护理干预，11例肺栓塞患者4例死亡，余7例均痊愈出院。结论循证护理应用于临床，提高了护理人员知识更新及综合素质水平，补充和完善了整体护理的不足，促进护理学科的发展。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effective method of pulmonary embolism according to the evidence-based nursing,in order to decrease complication,mortality and increase the patients' quality of life.Methods according to clinical assessment to deter-mine nurseing diagnosis,consult literature to select the best nurseing evidence and formulate nursing measures,perform holistic nurseing.Results Among 11 patients,7 were cured except 4.Conclusions Evidence-based nursing can improve the knowledge renew and general quality of nursing personnel;it can also implement and complete deficiency of the present nursing system,promote its development. |
