| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨二烯丙基三硫（DATS）对急性肺损伤小鼠血清IL-18的影响。方法：30只健康昆明小鼠,随机分为5组：（1）ALI组：腹腔注射大肠杆菌脂多糖（LPS）;（2）预防组：腹腔注射DATS 7 d后注射LPS;（3）治疗组：腹腔注射LPS后30 min注射DATS;（4）DATS组,腹腔注射DATS 7 d;（5）对照组：腹腔注射等量氯化钠溶液。光镜观察12 h点肺组织形态学改变。测定血清中IL-18在2 h和6 h含量。结果：DATS预防组肺泡间渗出及炎性细胞浸润较ALI组明显减轻。其血清中IL-18含量均明显低于ALI组（P〈0.01）。结论：预防性应用DATS可减轻LPS诱导的ALI小鼠肺组织炎症反应,及抑制LPS诱导的小鼠血清中炎性细胞因子IL-18的生成。 |
