| 摘 要： | 通过比较分析湖北省中医药参与新型农村合作医疗制度的途径与方式及存在的问题,并提出对策与建议加强能力建设,提高适宜技术的使用率;积极改进中医药服务补偿方式;完善中医药在新农合制度中的各项惠民政策;提高对中医药参与新农合工作的认识;建立完善三级中医药服务机构网络建设;加强监管力度并建立考核机制。 |

| Abstract: | Through comparative analysis of the ways and modes of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the new rural cooperative medical system and its problems,suggest strengthen capacity building,improve the utilization of appropriate technology;actively improve the compensation and mode of Chinese medicine services;perfect Chinese medicine in the new rural cooperative medical system in the farmer-friendly policy;increase in Chinese medicine to participate in the new rural cooperative understanding of the work;establish and improve the medical service agencies in the three network construction;to strengthen the supervision and the establishment of the assessment mechanism. |
