呆聪液对老龄痴呆大鼠模型脑M受体的作用

摘    要:目的 探讨中药呆聪液对老龄大鼠脑M受体的作用。方法 选用22月龄的老龄大鼠,采用双侧电解损毁基底核法,造成学生和障碍的痴呆动物模型,试验了智灵汤对该动物模型脑M受体合成的影响。结果 试验组与对照组相比差异有显著性,但两个不同剂量组的呆聪液和脑复康组比较差异也有显著性。结论呆聪液明显提高老龄大鼠脑M受体数目,并提高脑M受体的亲和力,改善老龄大鼠学习和记忆功能障碍,其作用优于脑复康。

Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of Daicong Solution on the brain M receptor of aged rat dementia model.Method Basal nuclei of 22 month old rat were destroyed by bilateral electrolytic method have established animal dementia model of learning and memory function hindrance. It was treated the effect of Daicong Solution on brain M receptor.Result Compared with the control,the experimental groups have marked difference (P>0.01),but the three experimental groups no significantly difference (P<0.01).Conclusion Daicong Solution has remarkably increased the number (P<0.01) and affinity (P<0.01) of the brain M receptor on aged rat Dementia model.Hindrances of learning and memory function have been improved. [
