卡铂诱导化疗在口腔粘膜鳞状细胞癌治疗中的作用

本文采用卡铂及平阳霉素（Ｃａｒｂｏｐｌａｔｉｎ，ＰＹＭ）ＣＰ方案诱导化疗治疗１９例初治的口腔粘膜鳞状细胞癌患者。所有患者均完成了一次性冲击，６天为一疗程，２１天评定疗效后手术。近期疗效中：ＣＰ１例；ｐＲ１３例；ＮＲ５例，总有效率为７３．６８％（１４／１９）。毒副反应主要表现为可逆性剂量限制性骨髓抑制。因此，本研究肯定了卡铂诱导化疗在口腔粘膜鳞状细胞癌治疗中的价值，并就治疗过程中出现毒副反应的防治和临床意义进行了分析讨论。

THE EFFECT IN THE TREATMENT OF SQUAMOUS CELL CARCINOMA IN MUCOUS MEMBRANE OF MOUTHCAVITY WITH CARBOPLATIN INDUCTION CHEMOTHERAPY

n our scheme based indtiction chemotherapy,19 previously untreated patients, whosuffered with Squamous cell carcinoma in mucous membrane of mouth cavity, were treatedWith CP(carboplatin and PYM).All patients completed challenging closage for once。A curewas 6 days. After 21 days the estimation had been done for the effect, the operation wasperformed,In recent effective therapy, 1 achieved CR,13 PR, total response rate was73.68%(14/19).The drug of toxicity side effect was mainly reversible dose-Iimiting bonemarrow iuhibition。Therefore,this clinical investigation has confirmed the value of carboplatin inductionchemotherapy in the treatment for squamous cell carcinoma in mucous membrane of mouthcavity, and discussed the prevention and clinical significance of the toxicity side effect appear-ing in the treatment process。
