促透型中药外敷与活血化瘀中药灌肠治疗慢性盆腔炎临床观察

[目的]探讨促透型中药外敷与活血化瘀中药灌肠治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效。[方法]采用单盲随机对照试验,将120例慢性盆腔炎患者随机分为两组,对照组(57例)采用单纯活血化瘀中药(主要由丹参、莪术、血竭、赤芍、桃仁、虎杖等中药组成)灌肠滗疗,治疗组(63例)采用促透型紫草纱外敷加活血化瘀中药灌肠治疗,两组均以14 d为1个疗程、两个疗程后评定疗效。[结果]对照组痊愈30例,有效21例,无效6例,总有效率89.5％;治疗组痊愈43例,有效18例,无效2例,总有效率96.8％。经Ridit分析,治疗组疗效优于对照组(t=3.08,P<0.05)。[结论]促透型中药外敷与活血化瘀中药灌肠在滗疗慢性盆腔炎中有较好的协同作用;该法简单易行,患者易于接受,并能坚持治疗,是治疗慢性盆腔炎的一种好方法。

Effect of External Application of Osmosis-Improving Herbal Medicine and Enema with Blood-Activating and Stasis-Removing Herbal Medicine for Chronic Pelvic Inflammation

[Objective] To investigate the effect of external application of osmosis-improving herbal medicine and enema with blood-activating and stasis-removing herbal medicine for chronic pelvic inflammation. [Methods] Single-blind and randomized trial was performed on 120 cases of chronic pelvic inflammation. The cases were randomized to two groups: group A ( n = 57) was treated by enema with blood-activating and stasis-removing herbal medicine and group B ( n = 63) by the combination of enema and external application of osmosis-improving herbal medicine. Fourteen days constituted one course of treatment and the therapeutic effect was evaluated after two courses. [Results] In group A, 30 cases were cured, 21 effective, 6 ineffective and the total effective rate was 89.5%; 43 were cured, 18 effective, 2 ineffective and the total effective rate was 96.8% in group B. The result of Ridit analysis showed that the effect of group B was better than that of group A ( t = 3.08, P<0.05). [Conclusion] Having synergistic actions in treating chronic pelvic inflammation, external application of osmosis-improving herbal medicine combined with herbal medicine enema is effective and practical for the disease.
