石刁柏对组织MDA含量和SOD活性的影响

摘    要:用石刁柏原生药根水煎浓缩得到的药液,拌入饲料中作为给药喂大白鼠,且的 料中不加入石刁柏药液。于给药的第18天处死大白鼠,取血样、脑、肝、肾组织测定脂质过氧化产物丙圩醛(MDA含量和抗氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性。结果表明给药组血、脑、肝及肾组织中MDA含量比对照组降低,分别降低40%、50%、21%和18%;而SOD活性升高,分别升高66%、9%、32%、32%。

Abstract:To exploit antiaging medicinal material resources, twelve wistar rats were fed with 2.5 g/ml Asparagus officinal L(A.O.L) root solution mixed in the dietary for 18 days, and other twelve rate as control were fed on the same dietary except that no herb solution was added. The MDA content and SOD activity in the blood, brain, liver and kidney were determined. The results showed that the MDA content in the blood, brain, liver and kidney of the A.O.L feeding group were signaly lower than these of the control (being 40%,55%,21% and 18% respectively), whereas the SOD activity was higher in the A.O.L feeding group than that in the control (being 66%,9%,32% and 32% respectively). This results of study showed that A.O.L has effects of anti oxidigation.
