负压创面治疗技术在皮肤移植修复创面中的应用

负压创面技术能有效去除创面分泌物和坏死组织,促进肉芽生长,明显缩短治疗时间,可广泛应用于大面积皮肤软组织缺损、糖尿病足、压疮、烧伤等难治创面的治疗,为Ⅱ期植皮创造良好条件,并可提高皮瓣存活率。本文综述了负压创面治疗技术的产生、发展,并重点回顾了其在皮肤移植中应用的原理、机制、方法及存在的问题,为临床应用及科学研究提供参考。

Negative pressure wound therapy technology in skin grafting

Negative pressure wound therapy（NPWT） can remove the wound secretions and necrotic tissue effectively,and promote the growth of granulation and shorten the treatment time significantly.It has been widely applied to the treatment of refractory wounds such as large area of skin and soft tissue defects,diabetic foots,pressure ulcers,burns,etc.It can also create favorable conditions for phase II skin graft and improve the flap survival.In this paper,we reviewed the generation and development of NPWT,and focused on its principles,mechanisms,methods and problems application in skin graft,and provided some useful information for clinical application and scientific research.
