| 摘 要： | 应用放免法对68例慢性肾病患者和32例正常人进行血浆内皮素(ET)含量的检测.结果表明慢性肾病患者血浆ET含量明显高于正常人(P<0.01);慢性肾病不同中医证型ET含量依次为脾肾阳虚型>肝肾阴虚型>气阴两虚型>肺肾气虚型. |

| Abstract: | Plasma levels of endothelin (ET) were detected using radioim-munoassay (RIA)technique in 68 patients with chronic nephropathy and 32 healthy controls. The results show that ET level in patients with chronic nephropathy is much higher than that in controls (P<0. 01). ET levels from high to low in different types of traditional Chinese medicine of chronic nephropathy are spleen-kidney yang difficiency, liver-kidney yin difficiency, qi-yin difficiency and lung-kidney qi difficiency in sequence. |
