| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨甲状腺癌根治术注意事项。方法:回顾性分析1989年~2001年吉林省肿瘤医院头颈科204例甲状腺癌根治术,其中首次手术136例,再次手术68例(未分化癌除外)。结果:采用常规显露喉返神经、不结扎甲状腺下动脉主干,施行甲状腺癌根治术204例。仅1例喉返神经损伤,无甲状腺危象及甲状旁腺功能功低下等并发症。结论:无论首次还是再次甲状腺癌根治术,只要术前准备充分、术中对血管和神经的位置掌握熟练,在提高生存期的同时可以大大提高生存质量。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the announcements of total thyroidectomy(TT) for thyroid carcinoma.Method The data of 204 cases of thyroid carcinoma underwent TT from 1989 to 2001 was analyzed.Primary treatment(PT)in 136 patients and second treatment(ST)in 68.Results The recurrent laryngeal nerve was exposed and the main branch of inferior thyroid artery wasn't closed.The recurrent laryngeal nerve damage was found in 1 case and without the operation complications,such as thyrotoxia and thyroid hypofunction.Conclusion Whatever TT in PT or ST,if has plenty of preparation before operation and acquainted with vessel and nerve,we can improve quality of life with prolonged survival time. |
