甘草与附子配伍煎液的甘草黄酮含量测定

摘    要:以甘草素与异甘草素为对照品,建立了HPLC法测定甘草黄酮含量的方法,并对甘草与附子配伍前后水煎液中甘草酮的含量进行测定,结果表明:甘草与附子配伍煎煮的黄酮含量明显高于甘草单煎液。单煎液含量为1.18%,配伍液含量为1.85%。

Determination of Flavonoid of Radix Glycyrrhizae in Decoction of Radix Glycyrrhizae and Radix Aconiti Praeparata Combination

Abstract:The author studied the determination method of the licoflavones content by HPLC, using liquiritigenin and isoliquiritigenin as control substances. Meanwhile, we also applied the method to deterimine the content of licoflavones in decoction of Radix Glycirrhizae and Radix Aconiti Praeparata compatibility and in decoction of Radix Glycyrrhizae. The research results showed that the content of licoflavones in decoction of Radix Glycyrrhizae and Radix Aconiti Praeparata compatibility was obviously higher than that in decoction of Radix Glycyrrhizae. The content of the former was 1.85%, and the later was 1.18%.
