生化汤加味在药物流产中的应用

目的：探讨生化汤加味在药流中的作用。方法：观察组２５０例用米非司酮配伍米索前列醇流产，对照组２５０例用米非司酮配伍米索前列醇出现阴道出血即开始服生化疗加味，观察２组流产情况，出血量，出血时间。结果：观察组出血时间短（Ｐ〈０．０１），出血量减少（Ｐ〈０．０５），完全流产率２组无显著差异（Ｐ〉０．０５）。结论：生化汤加味能减少药流中的出血量，缩短出血时间。

Application of Supplemented Shenghua Decoction in Drug Abortion

Objective: To inquire the action of Supplemented Shenghua Decoction in drug abortion. Method: 250 women in observation group aborted with mifepristone and misoprostol combined. Another 250 women in control group aborted with mifepristone and misoprostol combined but these women were required to take Supplemented Shenghua Decoction at the time of early colporrhagia. The abortion condition, bleeding amount and bleeding time of two groups were observed. As a result, in control group women's bleeding time shortened and bleeding amount decreased (P<0.05). No significant difference in complete abortion rate was observed between two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion: Supplemented Shenghua Decoction could decrease the bleeding amount and shorten the bleeding time in drug abortion.
