| 摘 要： | 本文利用洁霉素诱发豚鼠胆囊结石的动物模型,观察了中药舒胆汤在实验性胆结石形成中的预防作用,并设立生理盐水对照组,实验结果表明:对照组动物胆囊结石形成率为72.73%,而舒胆汤组动物胆囊结石形成率仅为27.27%,经统计学处理,两组间差异有显著意义(P<0.05),提示中药舒胆汤确有抑制实验性胆结石形成的作用.

| Abstract: | A study to observe the preventive effect of Decoction for Dispersing Stagnant Gallbladder-qi (DDSG) on gallstones was carried out, in which model guinea-pigs with gallstone induced by Lincomycin were used and a normal saline group was established as control. The result showed that in the control goup the gallstone formation rate was 72.73%, but in DDSG group it was only 27.27%.The difference between two groups was significant (p<0.05). This indicated that DDSG had an effect on preventing experimental gallstone formation in guinea-pigs. |
