| 摘 要： | 目的观察黄芪对大鼠实验性胃溃疡的影响。方法采用吲哚美辛、幽门结扎法制作大鼠急性胃溃疡模型,观察并比较黄芪与雷尼替丁抗胃溃疡的效果。结果黄芪可使两种模型大鼠的胃溃疡发生率降低,溃疡减轻,溃疡面积(出血点)明显减小,与生理盐水组比较,差异显著(0.010.05)。结论黄芪对大鼠实验性胃溃疡有抑制作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect of Milkrentch root on gastric ulcer in mice.Methods By establishing acute gastric ulcer model in mice,the different preventive roles of Milkrentch root and ranitidine were observed and compared.Results Milkrentch root could remarkably reduce the area of gastric ulcer caused by indomethacine and pyloric ligation.There was significant difference between milkrentch root and physiological saline(0.01< P< 0.05).There was no significant difference between Milkrentch root and ranitidine(P>0.05).Conclusion Milkrentch root can inhibit the experimental gastric ulcer in mice. |
