| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨CD4+CD25+调节性T细胞(Treg细胞)在食管癌中的表达及其临床意义。方法:应用流式细胞术分析60例食管癌患者外周血CD4+CD25+Treg细胞表达水平,与20例健康对照组比较。结果:食管癌患者外周血CD4+CD25+Treg细胞数量增加(15.9±4.1)%,表达高于正常人(5.91±3.7)%(P<0.001)。食管癌患者外周血中Treg细胞数量与患者的病理类型无关(P>0.05),但与淋巴结转移和组织学分化程度有关(P<0.01)。结论:Treg细胞在食管癌患者中比率明显升高,是患者免疫功能紊乱的一个证据。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the changes of CD4+ CD25+ regulatory T(Treg) cells in patients with Esophageal cancer and its clinical significance.Methods:The proportion of CD4+ CD25+ Treg cells in peripheral blood of 60 patients with esophageal cancer and 20 healthy controls were detected by flow cytometry.Results:CD4+ CD25+ Treg cell numbers were significantly higher in 60 patients with esophageal cancer(15.9±4.1)% than in 20 healthy controls(5.91±3.7)%(P<0.001).The level of CD4+ CD25+ Treg cell was correlated with lymphnodes metastasis and pathological differentiation(P<0.01),but not with pathological classification(P>0.05).Conclusion:The proportion of CD4+ CD25+ Treg cells in peripheral blood of patients with esophageal cancer was significantly increased,and those observations provide evidence for the contribution of CD4+ CD25+ Treg cells to immune dysfunction in patients. |
