| 摘 要： | 目的分析影响脑出血患者预后的主要因素,制订相应的治疗措施。方法针对48例脑出血患者的病情采取积极有效的治疗和护理措施,分析影响预后的主要因素。结果 48例患者经精心治疗,显著好转13例,有好转20例,有进步5例,10例未愈出院。住院5 d~31 d,平均26.5 d。结论出血量较大,年龄偏大,血压过高和就诊时间过晚是影响脑出血患者预后的主要因素。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To study the influence factors of prognosis of patients with cerebral hemorrhage. Methods the clinical data of 48 patients with cerebral hemorrhage hospitalization and treatment results were analyzed. Results There were significant improvement in 13 cases, improved 20 cases, effective in 5 cases,no effect in 10 cases. The hospitalization was 5~31 d and Average was 26.5 d. Conclusion More Blood loss, older, hyperpiesia and clinical time too late is the main factors influencing the prognosis of cerebral hemorrhage. |
